For reasons too numerous to mention that involve human rights, jus cogens norms, science integrity and lack of meaningful participation, I strongly urge the Member States INB Intergovernmental Negotiating Body to reject having an early vote by special session November 12, 2024.

It is my wish that the Pandemic Treaty be rejected in it\'s entirety and never adopted in any form!
